Her priorities reflect a commitment to protecting families, strengthening essential city services, and ensuring District 2 has a strong voice at City Hall.

Public Safety

Supporting first responders, improving emergency response, and keeping Phoenix neighborhoods and streets safe. Julie believes safe neighborhoods and dependable emergency response are fundamental responsibilities of city government. She supports ensuring Phoenix police officers, firefighters, dispatchers, and emergency medical personnel have the staffing, training, and resources needed to protect a growing city.

Her approach focuses on preventing homelessness, connecting people with effective services, protecting neighborhoods, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are used responsibly.
